Finish your Caboose experience by pouring a fountain soda made with real cane sugar, or grabbing one of our unique craft beers.
Farm to Fire
Our quality meats are naturally-raised, with no hormones or pesticides; the organic vegetables are harvested from our garden next door; the fish is fresh from our boats, Brasserie Catch I and II, and the BBQ sauces are made with honey from our very own Brasserie Bees. It’s this attention to detail that brings incredible flavours to this simple open air BBQ joint. Here, you’ll find juicy smoked brisket, pulled pork, turkey and smoked local chickens.
However Caboose isn’t only for carnivores. Part of a commitment to sustainability is offering delicious vegan and vegetarian options for our customers. Our lunch selection offers the alternative of BBQ tofu that has been marinated and flame-grilled to place at the forefront of your lunch.
